Welcome to Primo Pro Heating & Air. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website primoprohvac.net and the HVAC services we provide.

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services Provided

Primo Pro Heating & Air provides residential and commercial HVAC services including:

  • Heating and cooling system installation, repair, and maintenance
  • Emergency HVAC services available 24/7
  • System inspections and energy efficiency assessments
  • Indoor air quality solutions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Appointments and Scheduling

  • Scheduling: Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled time window.
  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may incur a service call fee.
  • Access: You must provide safe and unobstructed access to all HVAC equipment for service to be performed.

Pricing and Payment

  • Estimates: We provide free estimates for system installations and major repairs. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
  • Service Fees: A diagnostic or service call fee may apply for repairs and will be disclosed before service.
  • Payment: Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
  • Late Payments: Accounts not paid within 30 days may be subject to late fees and interest charges.

Warranties and Guarantees

Workmanship Guarantee: We guarantee our workmanship and will correct any installation or repair issues resulting from our work at no additional charge within the warranty period.

Manufacturer Warranties: New equipment is covered by manufacturer warranties. We will assist you with warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer warranty coverage or limitations.

Parts: Replacement parts installed during service are covered by manufacturer or supplier warranties as applicable.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Primo Pro Heating & Air shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our services
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our systems
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
  • Any defect in goods or services received through or advertised on our website

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Yakima County, Washington.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
